Return & Refund Policy — TZ Trends

Welcome to TZ Trends. We value our customers and aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

By purchasing from TZ Trends, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Order Processing & Shipping

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Since we work with international fulfillment partners and suppliers shipping times may vary depending on your location and product availability.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Europe: 5–12 business days

  • United States: 5–15 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days

Please note that delays may occur due to:

  • Customs clearance

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • High seasonal demand

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

TZ Trends is not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier disruptions once the package has been shipped.


2. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After processing begins, we may not be able to cancel or modify your order because fulfillment starts quickly with our suppliers.

3. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns or replacements only for the following situations:

  • Item arrived damaged

  • Wrong item received

  • Product has major defects

To qualify for a return or refund:

  • You must contact us within 5 days of delivery

  • You must provide clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • The item must be unused whenever possible


4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selected by customer

  • Minor color or measurement differences

  • Delays caused by customs or carriers

  • Orders with incorrect shipping addresses provided by customer

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Items marked as delivered by the courier

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal-use items may also be non-returnable.


5. Lost Packages

If your package is lost during transit, we may offer:

  • A replacement shipment, or

  • A partial refund

Investigation times may vary depending on the shipping carrier.

Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier are generally considered successfully delivered. If you believe the delivery was incorrect, please contact your local postal service first.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us within 4-5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos/videos of the issue

  • A brief explanation

Once approved, we will provide:

  • A replacement item, or

  • A refund to your original payment method


7. Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Please do not return items without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Because many products ship directly from international suppliers, returns may need to be sent to overseas warehouses.


8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 10-15 business days after review.

Refund timing depends on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.


9. Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us before opening a payment dispute or chargeback so we can resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in order restrictions.
