8. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost during transit, please contact us immediately.

Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are generally considered successfully delivered.

TZ Trends is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

To ensure faster delivery, some orders may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers or warehouses.

  • Multiple tracking numbers

  • Separate delivery dates for items in the same order

There are no additional shipping charges for split shipments unless stated otherwise.
